#4 Lack of variation in bowling
The Bangladeshi fast bowlers bowled a few half-crackers in the first few overs which got the Indian openers going. They were bowling too fast on a deck which was two-paced in nature, and the short stuff helped the batsmen to free their arms.
There was lack of variation from the pacers and they couldn't use the slower balls effectively. The new ball bowlers failed to pitch it up and extract some swing up front which Jaydev Unadkat did with the new ball for India.
Even the spinners failed to flight the ball and extract turn from the wicket. They were too flat trying to stop the runs and lacked wicket taking instincts.
