Kagiso Rabada is obviously our number one choice for the '2018 Test bowler of the Year'. The 23-year-old is the highest wicket-taker in Tests this year with 52 scalps to his name in 10 matches. The fiery Proteas pacer took two five wicket-hauls and a ten wicket-haul with his best figures in an innings being 6/54 (best figures in a match 11/150).

Having made his Test debut against India back in November 2015, Rabada has become one of the most promising pacers across the cricketing fraternity in a short time and his number one ranking in the ICC Test bowlers chart which will see him finish the year on top of the ladder is a perfect example of his talent.

With age on his side, Rabada is sure to take the game by storm in the years to come. But as for as 2018 is concerned, he is the King among the bowlers in Tests.
