New Zealand’s retired swing bowler Shane Bond has the best strike rate in international cricket, picking up a wicket every 31.3 balls off 100 balls bowled. The pacer has taken 250 wickets in just 132 innings, making him one of the most successful New Zealand bowler of all time.
