Former Indian cricket team captain Mohammad Azharuddin heads the list of Indian players with highest individual scores against New Zealand on their soil. Mohammad Azharuddin scored 192 runs from 259 balls, which is the highest individual score by an Indian in New Zealand.

Rahul Dravid had scored 190 runs on 2nd January 1999, just two runs short of Mohammad Azharuddin’s record score of 192.

Ajinkya Rahane‘s score of 118 in the second Test against New Zealand at Wellington on 14th February 2014 is the 9th highest individual scores by an Indian against New Zealand at their soil.
