Here is the list of batsmen who have scored the most number of career runs in the fourth innings of a Test match. Even though Sachin Tendulkar tops the list, when you look at the average column you would be able to understand it is more because of the number of matches he has played.

Ricky Ponting and Graeme Smith have scored more number of runs per innings than Sachin Tendulkar. Infact all the other four batsmen in the list average better than the Master Blaster.
