Stats: Most catches by a fielder in international cricket

Considering all three forms of the game (Test, ODI, T20), Sri Lanka’s Mahela Jayawardene leads the list of fielders (non- wicketkeepers) with maximum catches. Ricky Ponting is in the second place while Rahul Dravid follows him in the list.

Note: Dravid’s catches as a wicket-keeper have not been counted. He held on to 71 catches as a ‘keeper.
