Having scored 2535 runs in 32 Test matches, India’s Sachin Tendulkar is at the top of the list. In fact, the top 4 spots are occupied by Indian players, with Sunil Gavaskar, Rahul Dravid and Gundappa Viswanath following the Indian batting great, who retired towards the end of the last year.

However, Alastair Cook, if he regains his lost touch, has a great chance of breaking into the top 3, if not top the charts, someday down the line.
