The strongest World XI team that should face West Indies

ICC World Twenty20 India 2016: Final - England v West Indies
The World T20 champions

All-rounders and wicketkeeper - Jos Buttler, Shakib Al Hasan and Jofra Archer

BBL - Hurricanes v Strikers
Jofra Archer

Without a doubt, Jos Buttler is arguably the best wicketkeeper-batsman who bats in the middle order in limited-overs cricket. So, he should get into the side as the wicketkeeper.

Shakib Al Hasan has been the backbone of Bangladesh cricket for a decade now as the all-rounder has won a lot of matches for his team with both bat and ball. The southpaw is easily the best spin-bowling all-rounder in the format, and deservedly, he has been picked by the ICC to feature for the World XI side.

With Ben Stokes set to feature in the Test series against Pakistan, it is unlikely that he will be able to take part in the Windies vs World XI clash on May 31 as the second Test between England and Pakistan gets underway on June 1.

So, Jofra Archer should be the fast bowling all-rounder in the World XI side. Some might argue that he is eligible to play for West Indies but he is unlikely to play for the Caribbean men as he is trying to get English citizenship and represent the Poms.

Jofra adds a lot of value to any T20 side as he is a world-class bowler who has all the variations in his sleeve and adding to that, he is a handy batsman and an electrifying fielder.

Other players considered for the wicket-keeper's spot: MS Dhoni and Quinton de Kock

Other players considered for the all-rounders' spot: Mohammad Nabi, Imad Wasim, Hardik Pandya, Chris Morris and Mitchell Santner
