Former England Captain Tony Greig has been diagnosed with Lung Cancer. His cancer has been found as a lesion on right lung. Recently, New Zealand Cricket Martin Crowe had been diagnosed with cancer too. Earlier last year, Yuvraj was also diagnosed with cancer from which he has come out strongly.
Greig turned 66 on October 6. He represented England in 58 Tests and 22 One day Internationals since his debut from 1972. He was awarded as “Wisden Cricketer of the Year” in the year 1975. After his retirement in 1977, he became a commentator for Sky Sports and Channel 9.
His fans across the world wish that it is benign and wish him for a speedy recovery.
