#2 Kuldeep Yadav
Kuldeep made his Team India debut in June 2017 against the West Indies. Since then, there has been no looking back for the Kanpur lad who has emerged as one of the brightest prospects with the ball for Team India. Being a rare prospect- a left-arm chinaman bowler, Kuldeep's rise has been meteoric baffling batsmen with his spin web. Kuldeep had a stellar run during India's recent ODI series win (2-1) against England, finishing as the highest wicket taker of the three-match series with nine scalps.
The only Indian to take a hat-trick at the ICC Under 19 Cricket World Cup, recently became the second fastest Indian bowler to take 50 ODI wickets on his 24 ODI game. During the 2018 Asia Cup fixture against Hong Kong, Kuldeep got rid of their wicket-keeper batsman Scott McKechnie for his 50th ODI wicket. Thereby, the 23-year-old stands behind Ajit Agarkar in the list of quickest Indian bowlers to take 50 ODI wickets.
