#3 Hanuma Vihari
Hanuma Vihari has been a player with immense potential, but has shown flashes of brilliance here and there. This tri-nation series has certainly done him a world of good, as he racked up 253 runs in just 3 games, with a cracking 147 against Windies A, which helped India win by a whopping 203 runs. Plying his trade for the Sunrisers Hyderabad, Vihari played only a handful of games. His ability to play all along the ground, coupled with a good temperament, makes him a worthy player to watch out for.
#2 Deepak Chahar
Deepak Chahar became a household name after he turned out to be successful for the Chennai Super Kings in the recently concluded IPL, and a maiden India-A call up beckoned soon. The medium pacer from Haryana grabbed the opportunity with both hands, taking an impressive 10 wickets in 4 matches at a reasonable economy rate. His ability to swing the ball both ways at decent pace makes him a tricky customer, and he is no mug with the bat either. An injury to Jasprit Bumrah has catapulted him into the Indian national team, who are set to play England in a 3-match T20I series. Watch out for this promising youngster!
#1 Mayank Agarwal
If one player has deserved to play for India in the past year and a half, it has to be Mayank Agarwal. Purely based on form and numbers, Mayank would make his way into any team and his numbers are just insane. After an extremely successful Ranji season, Mayank had a below-par IPL for Kings XI Punjab. But he came back strong in the tri-series, scoring a whopping 287 runs with two brilliant centuries against his name. This man from Karnataka has set his sights on a national call-up, and things might fall in place sooner rather than later.
