#4 Rohit Sharma – 43.58
Rohit Sharma is arguably one of the best limited-overs batsmen in the world at the moment. And it’s been more than 10 years since he made his international debut.
In the first three years, Rohit Sharma played for the Deccan Charges and was a key part of their middle-order. However, Mumbai Indians acquired the services of the right-hander in 2011 and he has been one of the most important players in the franchise since then. Rohit Sharma is currently placed at #3 in the leading run-getters list of all time in the IPL.
However, his second innings exploits that make his numbers special. In 50 innings that he has batted while chasing, Rohit averages 43.58. He has scored 1351 runs at a strike-rate of almost 130.
His numbers have deteriorated a bit after a poor season in 2017. But, he is still one of the most prolific batsmen in the IPL.
