#5 David Warner
Returning from a 12 month ban David Warner answered the critics with his willow. By far the best batsman of the 2019 season, Warner scored 692 runs in 12 matches with a century and 8 half-centuries despite leaving the tournament midway for the world cup training camp. Sunrisers Hyderabad would never ever even think of not retaining Warner during IPL auctions.
#6 Andre Russell
The MVP from last season, Andre Russell, would be on every team’s wish list. In IPL 2019, none of the teams had an answer to the West Indian’s batting prowess. He scored at a strike rate of 204.81 in the season – the highest out of all players. He scores a total of 510 runs in 13 innings in just 249 balls, hitting 52 sixes and 31 boundaries. Andre on multiple occassions pulled his team from the brink of loss, scoring heavily in the death overs
