In the historical Bangalore test of 1987 which was also the 5th Test played in the series, Pakistani bowlers Tuseef Ahmad and Iqbal Qasim both took 9 wickets creating a world record of two 9 wickets in a Test Match. The match was played from 13th to 17th March, and Pakistan won the match by 16 runs.
