Washington Sundar had played as an opener for Tuti Patriots in TNPL.

The tall 18-year old lad has good all rounding skills in which he hasn't shown his batting abilities in IPL and International arena yet. He came into the limelight at 2017 IPL. He was announced as a replacement player in Rising Pune Supergiant when his fellow state-mate R Ashwin was injured. His wicket-to-wicket bowling style makes him a good economy bowler in limited overs cricket. He was playing as an opening batsman for Tuti Patriots in 2017 TNPL.

Another spinner who joins Sundar in the spin attack is Kuldeep Yadav. The wrist spinner needs no introduction as he already announced himself in the International cricket. His recent ODI success in England conditions made him one of the leading spinners in the world right now. His varieties in the bowling are his huge plus.
