Uttarakhand Women’s T20 League 2024: Full schedule, squads, match timings, and live-streaming details

Uttarakhand Cricket Association is all set to host the inaugural Uttarakhand Women’s T20 League, starting on Wednesday, September 18. Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Dehradun will host all the matches of the campaign.

Nainital SG Pipers, Pithoragarh Hurricanes, and Mussoorie Thunders are the three participating sides in the competition. The Pipers have roped in spinner Ekta Bisht as their icon player and skipper, while the Hurricanes have named Neelam Bisht and Mussoorie Thunders have chosen Mansi Joshi as their icon players respectively.

All the players, including icons and captains, have been selected via a draft process, conducted on September 1 in Dehradun. The top two sides will compete in the grand finale, scheduled to take place on Saturday, September 21.

It’s worth noting that the Uttarakhand Cricket Association follows the Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) and Delhi Cricket Association, emerging as the third state to launch a franchise cricket league for women cricketers.
