South Africa had a mixed time in the group stages leading up to the knockouts at the 2015 World Cup. A close finish against the Kiwis saw them knocked out of the tournament in the semi-finals.
As the memories of this deeply emotional defeat continue to linger in the hearts of South African fans, their skipper AB de Villiers has come forward in a video blog and thanked fans for the tremendous support they showered on the team during the tournament.
