Video: Brett Lee and Adam Gilchrist miss easy run out opportunities on the same delivery

Australia are known to set high standards when it comes to fielding. But in the Melbourne Test of 2004 in which Sehwag hit a brilliant 195, they missed two run outs of the same delivery.

First, Lee could have easily ran out Aakash Chopra but did not realise the opportunity. He then threw it to the keeper’s end where even the Gilchrist missed the ball and Sehwag survived. This must into of the worst run out misses ever. Sehwag needed this luck as he went on to score a brilliant 195.
