Video: Virender Sehwag narrates story where Michael Clarke tried to sledge Sachin Tendulkar

In an episode of “Comedy Nights with Kapil”, cricketer Virender Sehwag narrates a story from 2004 when Michael Clarke tried to sledge legendary Indian batsman Sachin Tendulkar. However, the sledging backfired on Clarke as Sehwag defended his role model against the future Australian captain.

Although the Delhi batsman says the incident occurred during India’s tour of Australia in 2003/04, it is more likely that it happened in India towards the end of 2004 when Australia came to the sub-continent as Clarke didn’t play in the series down under.
