#1. Sunil Gavaskar (13 centuries)
Not surprisingly, Sunil Gavaskar tops this list. It's even more impressive since he was arond for the truly great Windies teams, playing without a helmet in an era of uncovered pitches. Gavaskar, who was the first batsman to cross the 10,000-run mark in Test cricket, had an incredible average of over 60 against the West Indies across formats. His performance in the Caribbean only got better, where his batting average rose to 70.
Gavaskar has scored 2749 runs in just 48 innings against the West Indies, with an incredible average of 65.45, 13 centuries (two of those double-centuries) and seven half-centuries to his name. However, the Mumbai-born batsman averaged only about 39 against the West Indies in ODI cricket.
