Kohli did not have to wait too long for his next wicket, as almost two months later - on 31st January 2014 - he got the prized scalp of in-form batsman Brendon McCullum.

McCullum miscued a delivery from the medium pace of Kohli which went straight into the hands of the fielder. Kohli completed the match at Wellington with impressive figures of 1/36.

Incidentally, the former captain of the New Zealand cricket team too played in the same team as Kohli in the IPL this year. Though McCullum was not consistent last year, he can be dangerous on his day and the RCB skipper will hope that the Kiwi batsman will come good in 2019.
