#14 M.S Dhoni (India)

The winning captain of the tournament, Mahendra Singh Dhoni played an important innings in the nail-biting finale shattering Sri Lanka’s bowlers to help India win the World Cup after 28 years.
After the triumph in the 2011 World Cup, he also helped India to win Champions Trophy in 2013 and became the most successful Indian captain of all time.
Nicknamed as Mahi, Dhoni retired from tests in 2014 and later in 2017, he stepped down as the captain of India from all the formats of the game.

Despite stepping down as the captain, MS Dhoni has been an integral part of the Indian Team. With accurate finishing skills and fantastic work behind the stumps, Dhoni has continued to delight his fans with his performances on the field.
MSD is currently the captain of the Chennai Super Kings team in IPL and is looking all set to play in the 2019 World Cup.
