Peter Borren was a decent batting all-rounder who uplifted the Netherlands side and helped them qualify for the 2011 WC. But, the team can’t put finished the group stage at the bottom of the points table.

Peter Borren had previously played for New Zealand before choosing to represent the Netherlands and becoming the captain of the Dutch team.

Borren had also played a vital role to earn his team the ODI status and had also strengthened the Netherlands amongst all associate members. He led his team to the title of ICC World Cricket League in 2017.

In the early stages of 2018, Borren retired from all formats of cricket after his remarkable career for the Netherlands.

After announcing retirement from the international cricket there are no whereabouts of the former Dutch cricketer as he has almost disappeared from the cricket world.

We can say that he is enjoying the second innings of his life with his loved ones but there always lies a possibility of seeing Borren playing cricket after signing with any cricket club.
