Sachin Tendulkar, the leading run scorer in ODIs, always lived up to the expectations even at the biggest platform. Tendulkar who is endearingly called the 'God of Cricket' by the fans won the most number of 'Man of the Match' awards (62) in One Day Internationals is also at the top with 9 MoM awards in the World Cup. The legendary player bagged 3 'Man of the Match' awards against his favorite World Cup opposition Pakistan. His match-winning knock of 98 runs in WC 2003 and that brilliant knock of 85 runs in semi-final of WC 2011 are a couple of examples of his brilliance in the World Cup.
