#8 Babar Azam
Babar Azam provided an excellent batting display throughout the tournament. He looked solid, was able to adjust to the conditions, and shaped his innings as per the situation in the game. He was the lone wolf in Pakistan's batting line-up who tried his level best to help the team qualify for the semi-finals.
Having scored 474 runs at a healthy average of 67.71 in the tournament, Babar Azam will look to capitalize on his form and score runs in the upcoming tours.
#7 Aaron Finch
The Australian captain looked in great form throughout the tournament and showed with his power-hitting as to why he is one of the most dangerous batsmen when he gets set. Despite having a weakness of getting dismissed via LBW to the inswinger, Finch played the new ball patiently, gave respect to the good deliveries and formed a good opening partnership with David Warner.
In 10 matches, Finch scored 507 runs at an average of 50.70. Unfortunately, he was unable to guide his team to the World Cup final.
