Pakistan made a comeback in the second half of the World Cup
Much like Sri Lanka, Pakistan’s performances have dwindled over the years. This World Cup was a tale of two halves for Pakistan. They performed badly in the first half of the tournament with embarrassing losses to West Indies, Australia, and India.

However, Pakistan came back stronger in the latter part of the tournament and stayed in the hunt for a semi-final spot until the very end. They eventually finished their World Cup campaign with 11 points along with New Zealand. But since New Zealand had a healthier NRR, they qualified for the semi-finals instead of Pakistan.
In the end, it was the games against West Indies and Sri Lanka that came back to haunt them. Pakistan were bowled out for 105 runs against West Indies while their match against Sri Lanka was washed out.
Ultimately, Pakistan couldn’t replicate their heroics of the 1992 World Cup and had to settle for fifth place.

Sunil admires former world champions AJ Styles, Will Ospreay, and Kenny Omega for their ability to consistently deliver great matches as well as entertain crowds with their mic skills.
If ever given a chance to change a storyline, Sunil would have booked Roman Reigns to end The Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak instead of Brock Lesnar. According to him, The Tribal Chief needed the victory more than Brock Lesnar, as the latter was already an established performer when he defeated ‘Taker. He would’ve also made that as Taker’s final match.
