Bowlers -
#8 Mitchell Starc - Australia
Mitchell Starc was at his menacing best in this World Cup. With an ability to make a mark with the swinging new ball and at the death with some reverse swing, Starc also picked a lot of wickets with his pinpoint yorkers.
The left-arm pacer picked up 27 wickets in 10 matches with a fabulous average of 18.59 and smashed Glenn McGrath's 12-year record of most wickets in a World Cup (26 wickets in the 2007 World Cup).
One of Australia's premier pacers in recent times, this is the second season in a row that Starc has finished as the lead wicket-taker from the competition.
#9 Jofra Archer - England
Having been drafted into the England side on the back of multiple controversies, Jofra Archer stood tall to all the hype that surrounded him as he finished the tournament as England's best bowler.
For someone who was playing his debut World Cup, Archer picked up 20 wickets with an average of 24.40 in 11 games and was England's go-to bowler with the new ball and in the death overs, with his ability to trouble the best of batsmen with his pace and zip off the wicket.
