#10 Lockie Ferguson - New Zealand
Lockie Ferguson, one of the fastest bowlers going around in LOI cricket bowled his heart out in the tournament. The Kiwi quick clocked around 150 kph at times and troubled the batsmen with his raw speed. Overall, in this tournament, the 28-year-old picked up 21 wickets in nine games at a superb average of 19.47 and an excellent economy of 4.88 runs per over.
#11 Jasprit Bumrah - India
Jasprit Bumrah's form was one of India's biggest strengths as part of the World Cup 2019. Bumrah has grown from strength to strength and is one of the best bowlers in World cricket.
He found rhythm right from the first game against South Africa. Bumrah was unplayable at times and was a major reason why opposition teams failed to score quick runs against India in the death overs. He finished the tournament with 18 scalps in 9 games.
