#2 Mumbai Indians
Oldest player - Yuvraj Singh (37 years)
Mumbai Indians won a lot of hearts when they bought Yuvraj Singh at his base price in the dying moments of the auction that was held in December 2018 in Jaipur. Yuvraj is one of the most celebrated cricketers in the country and has a huge fan following.
Unfortunately, there has been a major dip in the southpaw's form in the last couple of years and thus Yuvraj, who was once the most expensive player at the auction, was on verge of being unsold. Nonetheless, Yuvraj will want to deliver a strong performance in IPL 2019 and revive his IPL career.
Youngest player - Rasikh Salam Dar (17 years)
Rasikh Salam Dar, the 17-year-old pacer, from Jammu and Kashmir was picked by the Mumbai Indians at the auction. Dar was first spotted by India all-rounder and Jammu and Kashmir captain Irfan Pathan because of his ability to swing the ball. The youngster will want to make full use of the opportunity of playing with the big boys and learn a lot from the likes of Jasprit Bumrah and Lasith Malinga.
