#1 Royal Challengers Bangalore
Oldest player - AB de Villiers (35 years)
To the surprise of many, AB de Villiers is the oldest player in the current Royal Challengers Bangalore squad. Even though de Villiers has crossed the age of 35, he is still one of the fittest cricketers in world cricket.
Apart from his superhuman batting prowess, the former South African skipper is an asset to every side he plays for because of his exceptional fielding ability. Along with Virat Kohli, de Villiers has been the backbone of the RCB's batting line-up for years. RCB fans will want him to continue despite his age.
Youngest player - Prayas Ray Barman (16 years)
Not many would have heard the name of Prayas Ray Barman until it came up at the auction for IPL 2019. RCB bid aggressively for the 16 year old and bought him for a jaw-dropping 1.5 crore. Barman is a leg spinner and is handy with the bat too. He was West Bengal's leading wicket-taker in the Vijay Hazare Trophy. Barman is the youngest player amongst all teams in IPL 2019.
