Along with Virat Kohli, de Villiers has been the backbone of the RCB's batting line-up for years. RCB fans will want him to continue despite his age.

Not many would have heard the name of Prayas Ray Barman until it came up at the auction for IPL 2019. RCB bid aggressively for the 16 year old and bought him for a jaw-dropping 1.5 crore. Barman is a leg spinner and is handy with the bat too. He was West Bengal's leading wicket-taker in the Vijay Hazare Trophy. Barman is the youngest player amongst all teams in IPL 2019.
