Daugavpils (Latvia), Dec 1 (IANS) Shahbaz Adil Khan and Brijesh Damani got back to winning ways as both chalked up fluent 4-0 victories in their respective group matches in the ongoing IBSF World Snooker Championship here.
Khan beat Jacobus Petrus Van Jaarsveld (South Africa) 4-0 with breaks of 60 and 56 in the second and third frames while Damani overcame Ivan Kakovsky (Russia) 4-0 to also record his second win in three outings.
In women’s competition, 17-year-old Varsha Sanjeev raced to her third win defeating Ewa Pawniska (Poland) 3-0 while Arantxa Sanchis beat Daria Sirotina (Russia) 3-2 to maintain their unbeaten records after three matches.
