Many Alien: Isolation players have been complaining of bugs in the gameplay regarding the installation of the recent patch 1.01 for the PS4 and X-Box One. The patch was made to fix issues with stuttering playback of some cutscenes, but after fixing one bug, more others seemed to pop up. Reportedly from twitter, users complained being faced with broken save files, frequent game crashes and one player even reported of facing the BSOD(Blue Screen Of Death) often during mid-gameplay.
