Final Fantasy XV's only playable character is Noctis

Noctis is the only playable character in Final Fantasy XV

Final Fantasy XV’s newly appointed director Hajime Tabata, has shared details about the battle system and the playable character in this upcoming game in a talk with 4Gamer. Thanks to TGS (Tokyo Game Show) a lot of new information about this game were also revealed over the last weekend.

According to Hajime Tabata, the only playable character in this game is Noctis. He is the only character that can equip any weapon, while others are specialized in one type of combat. Noctis can give orders to them, but mostly they attack on their own.

The team which comprises of three members is initially assembled by the game, but players can choose their preferred party members later on.

The game’s battle system will be more realistic and the battle scenes are ‘seamlessly’ integrated into environments making the players switch between ‘offense and defense’ during the action scenes. Much like the previous games in this series the enemies can be seen roaming around freely and can start attacking anytime, without any load screens showing the start of battle scenes.

The Final Fantasy XV’s redefined combat makes it look awesome and pretty cool to try, and assures the fans exciting time playing this game.
