The Sims 4 Update adds new pools

According to reports, the latest update for The Sims 4 will see the addition of pools and other pool-related activities to the game. Apart from that, the update is also set to bring in a number of bug-fixes in the game.

The Build mode, which is used for home creation in the game can now be used to make pools as well. Moreover, the pools can also be built diagonally and on rooftops apart from the usual build mode creation. Windows can be added to pools to create infinity pools, wall height can be adjusted to make them deeper or shallower, and a slew of new swim-wear has been added to the game as well. The new line of swimwear can be perused in the Create A Sim menu.

This addition brings in a new activity to rejoice for the Sims as having a pool means that Sims can just sit around the pool and enjoy all that owning a pool entails, from swimming, to relaxing pool side, to getting splashed by other Sims. It also means the return of death by drowning, which means Sims ghosts may express their displeasure for water, on account of it being the cause of their untimely simulated demise. That should be interesting.

The game was released back in September this year and the update is set to arrive soon for the much popular franchise.
