As the wait continues for the release of one of the most eagerly anticipated games in recent times, fans were let known about the official roster for the game recently. One of the most notable absentees on that list was WWE Hall Of Famer and eleven time World Champion Edge. He retired pretty earlier than expected due to long standing injuries, and was immediately inducted in to the Hall of Fame. So his absence from that list was a huge surprise.
When a fan wanted to confirm this, he took to twitter and sent a tweet to Edge asking about his presence in the game, to which Edge replied back asking him to enquire about it to WWE games.
Another surprise is Edge’s good friend Christian also misses out despite being contracted to the WWE right now. Apart from these two, there is no Zack Ryder. And he too confirmed it on twitter when a fan asked him about it. He just simply replied ‘I don’t think so’. It will be interesting to see if some more names are added on the extended roster. Meanwhile, Daniel Bryan recently revealed that he would like to face Sting in the game if given a chance. "Sting was one of my favourite wrestlers growing up so it's just really cool to me that he's in the game and I would do it in a regular match. I'm a regular match guy, I like regular matches," he said.
