Gravitational Missile is one of the newly-added Sorceries in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree. It manifests a gravitational projectile that draws enemies close before exploding to inflict significant harm upon them.

It's a top-tier choice to fight against a horde of enemies because of the crowd control and AoE damage. Furthermore, casting it doesn't cost much of an FP.

Requirements:

  • Intelligence: 36
  • FP cost: 18

How to obtain: It's found on Fingerstone Hill. You have to kill the Fallingstar Beast to get Gravitational Missile.

2) Rings of Spectral Light

The Rings of Spectral Light spell can generate multiple rings of projectiles that stagger the enemies. It can hit multiple enemies and if they don't block or dodge the rings, they will take great damage. Notably, getting hit by the spell also builds up Frostbite so the enemies take additional damage.

The spell also costs little FP and can be effective during boss fights as well as when exploring.

Requirements:

  • Intelligence: 24
  • Faith: 18
  • FP cost: 12

How to obtain: Access Charo's Hidden Grave Grace. Then, proceed to the east and go up the hill (northwest) to find Rings of Spectral Light in front of a giant deathbird statue.

Fleeting Microcosm is one of the best Sorceries in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree and is great for commencing prominent AoE damage to multiple enemies at once. As the spell goes above the enemy's head, it's difficult for them to block or dodge it.

However, it costs a bit too much FP to cast. Nevertheless, it's a stylish-looking spell and if used correctly, it should greatly help you when surrounded by a horde of enemies.

Requirements:

  • Intelligence: 42
  • FP cost: 30

How to obtain: The Fleeting Microcosm sorcery costs 20,000 runes and is acquired from Ymir at the Cathedral of Manus Metyr after sounding the Finger Ruins of Dheo bell (second bell) in his questline.

  • FP cost: 18

How to obtain: You have to kill Commander Gaius at the Shadow Keep dungeon. It will grant you the Remembrance of the Wild Boar Rider, which can be traded for the Blades of Stone spell.

The spell has an excellent range and if the enemies get hit by the thorns, it will proc the Bleed effect on them.

Requirements:

  • Faith: 24
  • FP cost: 18

How to obtain: First, go to the Dark Chamber Entrance Grace at the Shadow Keep. Then, go down the stairs on the east, go through the door, and proceed down using the stairs just before the next big door in front. Afterward, you can see a platform on the right side where you have to jump down (look for the bat enemy). You can obtain the Impenetrable Thorns spell right there.
