In Marvel's Spider-Man 2, both Peter Parker and Miles Morales take to the stage and swing through the gigantic open-world map. Alongside the main missions that build the basic plot, players must complete side quests to progress. Although unnecessary to drive the narrative, these missions enhance the gaming experience.

The acronym of this mission's name stands for Friendly Neighbor Spider-Man. Its main objective is to help people in the neighborhood who make requests using an app. You can unlock the FNSM Request feature by completing the One Thing at a Time main mission. During this quest, Ganke will provide your first FNSM Request and unlock these types of tasks.

A total of six tasks are included in the FNSM side quest, allowing you to help people with everything from finding lost family members to unlocking the mystery behind some graffiti. Completing each task will earn you rewards such as:

  • 800 XP
  • Tech Parts: X200
  • Hero Token: X2

2) Cultural Museum

In this mission, Miles Morales must prevent the theft of certain art-related goods from a culture center. It has two parts, BeBop and Hard BOP. The community asks Miles for help, as many young people in Harlem could have a better future thanks to the center's activities. Upon completing this side quest, you will be rewarded with:

  • Tech Parts: x200
  • Hero Token: x10

3) Brooklyn Visions

Once again, Miles uses his powers to help the community in Marvel's Spider-Man 2. In this case, it's the students of the Brooklyn Visions Academy. By completing various tasks, you can solve several problems at the educational center.

Within this side quest, you can find smaller tasks such as finding a missing teacher, investigating the disappearance of a school pet, or even helping a group of students finish their film project. The rewards for each of the four Brooklyn Visions subquests are:

4) The Flame

In The Flame, Peter Parker must investigate an alleged cult that could be dangerous to the community. After finding a group of workers trapped under a building, the iconic webhead joins hands with Wraith to uncover clues about the mystical organization.

According to the men's testimony, a dangerous cult has trapped them there. From thereon, you must stop The Flame and its leader. At the end, you will receive variable rewards for each task:

5) The Prowler

Collecting all the Prowler's stash is another side quest in Marvel's Spider-Man 2. These are areas related to Miles Morales' uncle Aaron. To find each location, you must first complete the Not On My Watch mission. Afterward, some areas will appear on the map with a purple glow indicating rewards.

To get them, you must change your character to Miles Morales, as they don't work with Peter Parker. You will then be presented with some sort of puzzle that can be solved for rewards:

  • 300 XP
  • Rare tech parts: x3
