Strategists in Marvel Rivals support their teammates by combining healing, crowd control, and tactical abilities to dominate the battlefield. They are great at turning the tide of combat and ensuring that allies stay alive in the match. Strategists are the backbone of the team and should not be underestimated.

As of now, there are seven Strategists in Marvel Rivals, and this article who the best five are.

Here are the seven Strategist class heroes in Marvel Rivals:

1) Rocket Raccoon

Rocket Raccoon is quite a balanced character, with amazing healing abilities. He is one of the only few characters that can revive his allies and has impressive mobility options as well. The only thing that Rocket Raccoon lacks is a high-damage primary weapon which seems fair considering the types of abilities he has.

Here are Rocket Raccoon's abilities:

Wild Crawl (Passive 1)	Hold Space to run on a wall

2) Cloak and Dagger

Cloak and Dagger have one of the most effective AoE healing and survivability abilities in Marvel Rivals. Though this duo is a bit complicated to understand, mastering it could make you one of the most lethal Strategists in Marvel Rivals.

Here are Cloak and Dagger's abilities:

Lightforce Dagger	Unleash a bouncing Lightforce Dagger to damage enemies and heal nearby allies.
Eternal Bond	Perform three rapid dashes, healing allies and damaging enemies along the path.
Shadow's Embrace	Switch to Cloak.
Veil of Lightforce	Deploy a Veil of Lightforce to heal allies upon touch and grant them a Healing Boost.
Dagger Storm	Launch a volley of daggers, creating a Healing Over Time field in the impact area.
From Shadow to Light (Passive)	Cloak & Dagger can inject light and dark energy into Moon Knight to create a Light & Dark Realm where Moon Knight can become Invisible.

3) Jeff The Land Shark

Jeff The Land Shark is probably the most adorable-looking hero in the game. But don't think he is a troll character based on his appearance, he has one of the strongest Ultimates in the game and has abilities that can heal multiple allies at once. He is also one of the simplest Strategists in Marvel Rivals in terms of controls.

Here are Jeff The Land Shark's abilities:

Ability	Effect
Joyful Splash	Unleash a healing splash.
Aqua Burst	Launch a high-speed water sphere that bursts upon impact, dealing damage to enemies within range.
It's Jeff!	Deep dive into the scene and resurface to swallow both enemies and allies within range, activating Hide and Seek for a brief duration before ejecting the swallowed heroes forward.
Hide and Seek	Dive into the scene with only his dorsal fin exposed, granting himself a Movement Boost. Jeff can heal while submerged and gains the wall-crawl ability.
Healing Bubble	Spit a bubble that heals the ally who collects it, granting them Healing Boost and Movement Boost while also launching up nearby enemies.
Oblivious Cuteness	Deploy a Rebirth Beacon that revives a fallen ally and periodically produces armor packs and rocket jet packs.
Frozen Spitball	Reduce damage taken from critical hits.
New Friends	Luna Snow infuses ice energy into Namor and Jeff the Land Shark, who then can tap into the ice energy to power up abilities at will.

4) Mantis

Mantis has one of the highest DPS in the Strategists class. Her Ultimate makes her invulnerable to any damage from the enemies while she is healing her teammates. This combination of high-damage weapons with one of the strongest healing abilities is the reason she is a must-try Strategist.

Healing Flower	Consume a Life Orb to grant allies Healing Over Time
Allied Inspiration	Consume a Life Orb to grant allies a Damage Boost
Natural Anger	Consume a Life Orb to grant Mantis a Damage Boost
Spore Slumber	Throw a spore to sedate the nearest enemy
Nature's Favor (Passive 1)	Receive a Movement Boost when not injured and Healing Over Time when consuming a Life Orb
Nature's Soul (Passive 2)	Team-Up Ability: Adam Warlock enhances the rebirth capabilities of Star-Lord and Mantis, granting them the power of Cocooned Revival
Soul Resurgence	Ultimate: Release energy around her while moving, granting Healing Over Time and Movement Boosts for surrounding allies. Excess healing is converted to Bonus Health

5) Luna Snow

Luna Snow is one of the most reliable Strategists in Marvel Rivals. She has amazing crowd-control abilities, multiple Team-Up abilities, and a strong primary weapon. She cannot be easily eliminated even if multiple enemies are attacking while she is using her Ultimate, which both heals her allies and increases their damage output.

Do note that she is quite a difficult character and is not recommended for beginners. You may try other Strategists in Marvel Rivals to understand the basics before giving Luna Snow a try.
