Here are 5 of the best teams to manage in EA FC 25 Live Start Point Manager Career Mode
1) Manchester United
Manchester United used to be a top competitor in the Premier League, and even in Europe. Unfortunately, the club is far from those days and currently sits 13th in the league table. At the moment, United is in the UEFA Europa League too, so you can try to drive the club toward domestic as well as European success.
Manchester United has some good players such as Bruno Fernandes, Lisandro Martinez, and Alejandro Garnacho. While using this club to compete against the likes of Liverpool, Arsenal, and Manchester City (United's eternal rivals) will be challenging, it would feel quite rewarding if you manage to beat them.
2) Arsenal
Arsenal has been trying to win the league title for 20 years now, and it came pretty close in the 2023/24 season. Fans had hoped for an even better run this time around, but Liverpool currently sits at the top, with Manchester City and Chelsea right on its heels.
As of this writing, Arsenal is ranked fourth in the Premier League. The club has some talented players, and you stepping in hereon as its manager via the EA FC 25 Live Start Point feature may just be what the club needs to thrive on the virtual pitch.
3) FC Barcelona
FC Barcelona, unlike the previous two, is at the top of its league. That said, the team's first-choice Goalkeeper, Marc-Andre ter Stegen, has been sidelined for the entire season. Although Barcelona still looks solid in real life, the in-game ratings don't exactly reflect that.
As such, those looking for a challenge in Manager Career Mode could jump in from this point via the EA FC 25 Live Start Point feature, and try to maintain Barcelona's top spot against tough competition from Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid. You should also try going for the domestic cup, as well as the UEFA Champions League to mark a truly stellar run as manager of this club.
4) Borussia Dortmund
Borussia Dortmund has spent several years without winning the Bundesliga. FC Bayern Munich used to dominate the German league alone, but other teams like RB Leipzig and Bayer Leverkusen (that won the league in 2023/24) have raised the competition quite a bit.
As such, you may want to have a go at the title, to win the club its first Bundesliga since the 2011/12 season. Dortmund is 10 points off the top spot currently, with 10 games in. Covering that gap will be difficult, but doesn't seem impossible.
5) AC Milan
AC Milan (Milano FC in EA FC 25) once used to be a force to be reckoned with in Italian and European football. The club then went through a bit of a rough patch in the mid-to-late 2010s. It has since resurged in the last few years, winning Serie A in the 2021/22 season, and finishing second in 2023/24.
AC Milan is also known for its UEFA Champions League triumphs. It is the club with the most titles in this competition after Real Madrid but currently sits 20th in the table (and 7th in Serie A). As such, jumping in now via the EA FC 25 Live Start Point feature and going for both titles in Manager Career Mode would make for the perfect challenge, especially for AC Milan fans.
