West Ham’s Reece Oxford in action

Reece Oxford is one of the most exciting English talents around. He joined West Ham United in 2011, and in 2015, he made his first competitive debut in a Europa League fixture, at the age of 16 years and 198 days, thus making him the club's youngest ever player

He made 7 league appearances for the Hammers last season before joining Reading on a loan deal at the start of this season. An imposing defender, Oxford can also play in defensive midfield and at full back positions. He is versatile and has a knack of making the right decisions.

After garnering seven league appearances under his belt already, one might have expected that the 18-year-old would be rated higher. However, Oxford has only been given an overall rating of 66. But with a high potential of 86, that sees him grow by at least 20 rating points, he is one of the best buys.
