5 major announcements expected in Wuthering Waves 1.3 livestream

Kuro Games has announced a special program called the Black Shores Broadcast for the upcoming Wuthering Waves 1.3 update. The livestream will only be around 30 minutes and will begin on September 20, 2024, at 4 am (PT) on the game's official YouTube and Twitch channels. During the broadcast, the developers will expected to share some of the news and content from version 1.3.

Wuthering Waves 1.3 Black Shores Broadcast expected announcements

1) New area

The Black Shores is one of the mysterious locations in Wuthering Waves. Fortunately, it will be finally released in the upcoming version 1.3 update. Players can expect a sneak peek of The Black Shores in the livestream and the developers might even share some info on the new region.

2) New characters

Version 1.3 will also release two new playable characters - Shorekeeper and Youhu. The former is a 5-star Resonator and the latter is a 4-star. Both have yet to make an in-game appearance so not much is known about them. The developers might introduce them during the livestream.

3) New enemies

Two new enemies will be introduced in version 1.3. One of them is a Special Enemy, which is called the Hedgepuff. The other is a boss named Fallacy of No Return. Players might see a gameplay showcase of these enemies in the Black Shores Broadcast.

4) New gameplay mechanics

The developers will also likely showcase the new portal puzzles during the livestream. These are special mechanics with portals that will let Rovers travel from one location to another.

5) New stories
