Lingsha is the newest Abundance roster character in Honkai Star Rail, who debuted just a couple of days ago. As a new character, Trailblazers may find themselves making mistakes while building and playing with the character, often without realizing they are doing anything wrong.

1) Not knowing what Lingsha’s abilities/kit does

Since Lingsha treads on the Abundance Path, you may think that she only excels in healing her allied party members but it's not quite true. While this Cauldron Master heals her team members, she can also boost their Weakness Break effect damage by a significant margin. Additionally, she can deal Fire damage with her abilities and summon Fuyuan.

The primary source of Lingsha's damage is her summon Fuyuan, which allows the former to deal a huge amount of damage to the enemies while also healing her allies, simultaneously.

2) Teaming Lingsha with characters that don't have synergy with her

One of the grave mistakes that you shouldn't commit is to team Lingsha with the characters she doesn't have synergy with. Since her abilities primarily either deal damage or enhance her allies' Break Effect damage, you must pair her with characters that have synergy with her, such as Firefly, and more BE units.

Since you need a decent amount of Trailblaze Power to be able to complete a build for a character, you must know what Relic sets you need to build the characters, especially Lingsha since building her can be quite troublesome.

4) Not being able to master Lingsha's playstyle

If you have a basic understanding of how Lingsha’s kit works in Honkai Star Rail, mastering her playstyle won't be that hard for you. Since all you have to do is upkeep her debuff simultaneously, having little to no idea about how to do that is quite troublesome.

To master her playstyle, use her ultimate once every two turns while using her skill in every turn she gets. Using her skill frequently will help Fuyuan get more turns, allowing Lingsha to deal more damage.

5) Investing too much in a singular stat while neglecting others

Last but not least, you shouldn't invest too much in a singular stat. As mentioned previously, farming for Relics or Planar Ornaments requires a significant amount of Trailblaze Power. While having a significantly high stat can be quite satisfying for some players to look at, it is not quite healthy for the account. You can acquire a significant amount of ascension or trace level-up materials with the same amount of Trailblaze Power that you will waste.
