Mobility is a highly significant gameplay mechanic in Marvel Rivals. It helps players reset a combo, escape, and regroup with their team. They could then either get healed up or execute a planned group attack. Thus, mobility could be a game-changing aspect in a lot of matches. The latest hero shooter from NetEase Games was released with a total of 33 heroes.
That said, while many of these possess decent movement mechanics, some end up feeling a lot slower and sluggish. Provided below, is a list of six heroes in Marvel Rivals that have the worst mobility, as of writing.

These heroes possess the worst mobility in Marvel Rivals
1) Winter Soldier
Winter Soldier is one of the many Duelists in the title. His abilities allow him to be useful for both long- and close-ranged battles. To kill enemies from afar, he mainly uses his powerful Roterstern gun and Tainted Voltage. On the other hand, he can find value in close range by pulling enemies with his Bionic Hook and then launching them up in the air with Trooper's Fist.
Despite being one of the stronger heroes in the game, the Winter Soldier can end up feeling quite sluggish. His lack of mobility is very noticeable in close-range duels. While his Trooper's Fist does help his dash, the distance achieved through it is very little.
2) Storm
Storm is another Duelist in Marvel Rivals and is also one of the few mutant heroes in the game. Her ability allows her to do AOE (Area of Effect) damage using her thunder. Storm's best ability is her Goddess Boost as it not only damages enemies in her radius but also slows them down.
As of now, Storm is a difficult hero to get value out of in Marvel Rivals. The toughest part of making her impactful is her effect radius as it must be focused on heavily to be effective. Storm's lack of any mobility options makes her an easy target despite being one of the few heroes who can fly continuously. She can be easily taken down by some Melee and almost all long-ranged heroes.
3) Namor
Namor ranks among several Duelists in Marvel Rivals. He is more suitable for long-range battles as he throws his Trident of Neptune to inflict damage. Namor's most unique ability is his Aquatic Dominion which summons little monsters that essentially act as a Turret by doing damage to enemies and last for a short period.
Unfortunately, he barely has anything when it comes to mobility. His only ability in this regard is the Blessing of the deep which allows him to fly up in the air at a slow speed. It can then be combined with his passive, Descend, that allows him to fall slowly to the ground.
However, this is more useful for buying time for your teammates rather than escaping a tough situation. To make himself useful, Namor needs to place his Aquatic Dominion smartly and play around it.
4) Magneto
Magneto comes under the Vanguard category of Marvel Rivals. His abilities allow him to cover his teammates and absorb damage using his Metallic Curtain. His attacks are mainly medium-ranged and inflict explosive damage which is somewhat similar to Iron Man's Repulsor Blasts.
Unlike some of his other Vanguard counterparts, Magneto lacks any mobility options. The best movement ability he offers is during the ultimate, Meteor M which allows him to hover in the air for a short period of time. This is quite incongruent with how the media and comics have always shown him hovering in the air using his magnetic abilities.
5) Adam Warlock
Adam Warlock is one of the few Strategists in Marvel Rivals. His abilities allow him to heal his teammates in a match. He is also one of the few heroes in the game who can resurrect other teammates using his ultimate, Karmic Revival. Adam Warlock's passive ability is perhaps the most unique as it allows him to resurrect himself instantly after dying.
Unfortunately, the cosmic hero offers very little when it comes to mobility. The only ability that even allows him to somewhat escape tricky situations is his passive, Regenerative Cocoon. However, it has a long recharge time of over 100 seconds.
6) Groot
Groot comes under the Vanguard category in Marvel Rivals. He is quite effective in blocking entry points using his Thornlash and Ironwood Wall. These can also be used on walls and other structures to create an elevated platform.
While Groot is currently one of the better Vanguards in-game, he certainly lacks the mobility options to escape tricky scenarios. This can be more problematic because he has to take close-range duels and doesn't even have a shield like Magneto or Doctor Strange.
In that case, he will need to use walls as a barrier to protect himself from incoming damage.
