7 hidden Simulanka chests you may have missed in Genshin Impact 4.8

Genshin Impact 4.8's limited-time map Simulanka has been released for players to explore. As with every summer event map, it will be available only till the end of this patch. Thus, players should explore and collect all the chests before the patch ends on August 28. The entire region of Simulanka is divided into three areas: Forest of Blessings, Constellation Metropole, and Broken Sea. The full map can be unlocked only after playing the three-part main quest story.

This article lists some hidden chests that you might have missed while exploring Simulanka.

Hidden chests in Genshin Impact 4.8 Simulanka map

There are over 100 chests across Simulanka, and while some are in plain view, others are placed in slightly more secretive areas.

1) Precious Chest in Forest of Blessings

To get this Precious Chest in the Forest of Blessings region in Simulanka, players have to interact with these two paper frogs and choose the 'Let me Help' option. Once you do so, the two frogs will begin a race, and the player has to help the green frog win the race. If you manage to help the green frog place first in the race, you will get a Precious Chest as a reward.

2) Common Chest #1 in Constellation Metropole

To get this chest in the Constellation Metropole area in Simulanka, interact with the Constellation Clockwork device behind the house. After hitting the device, the platform will start moving and will take you to the first floor. Take the corner once you arrive there, and you will find a Common Chest placed between two toy figures.

3) Common Chest #2 in Constellation Metropole

Head to the signboard with the "..." speech bubble and interact with it by clicking on the 'Investigate' option. It will give you a clue to find the treasure. Follow the clue and blow away the pile of leaves behind the house. Doing so will reward you with a Common Chest.

4) Common Chest #3 in Constellation Metropole

Interact with another signboard by the train station near the sea in Constellation Metropole. This time, it will give you a clue following which you must go to the train station and blow away the leaf pile beside the seats. Upon doing so, you will get a Common Chest as a reward.

5) Common Chest #4 in Constellation Metropole

Teleport to the Castle's Central Section waypoint and make your way up the stairs to the courtyard on the right. You will find a doorway with two Pyro Slimes and a Hilichurl in it. Defeat them and the gate locked beneath them will open. Jump down until you reach the platform with the Constellation Clockwork device and click on 'Open Door.' There will be a Common Chest behind the door.

6) Common Chest in Broken Sea

Teleport to the eastern waypoint on the east island in Broken Sea. Head straight down and you will find some toy figures and an origami animal in a little cave. Rotate the pipes accordingly (similar to the main story Day1 puzzles in Forest of Blessings) and then click on the "Let the Magic Tonic flow" button. Once the tonic reaches the origami hamster's cup, you will get a Common Chest as a reward.

7) Luxurious Chest in Broken Sea

To get this Luxurious Chest, players need to teleport to the northernmost waypoint of Broken Sea and walk straight to the edge of the cliff (behind the statue of the goddess). From there, jump down and you will teleport straight to a secret room that has a Luxurious Chest and a few souvenirs from the past Genshin Impact summer patches.
