7 hidden Wuthering Waves achievements you may have missed in 1.1 patch

The 1.1 update brought a lot of Wuthering Waves achievements that will reward you with Astrite when you unlock them. Some of these are quite simple to get, while others will take a bit of work. If you are a completionist, you may want to obtain all of them and get that perfection medal in the game's achievement section.

However, some of them are well hidden, which can lead you to wonder how to get them. For this reason, here are seven such Wuthering Waves achievements that you might have missed in the version 1.1 update.

1) Come for Ya

Complete the ski challenge (Image via Kuro Games)

This achievement is unlocked by getting the highest score in the Ski challenge located in Loong's Rest. Head to the Loong's Rest Resonance Beacon, and you will be able to spot the ski challenge. You will need to go downhill to complete it.

Start the challenge and pass through all the rings to get the most points. Doing so will not only unlock this achievement but also give you a few chests containing Astrites and other resources.

2) Soothing Moments

Dive into the springs around Hongzhen (Image via Kuro Games)

This Wuthering Waves achievement is unlocked by swimming in the hot springs near Hongzhen. You will also be able to complete the Soak in the Sagaci Springs mission from the Tales from Mt. Firmament event while trying to acquire it.

It's worth noting the achievement won't be unlocked if you take a dip in the water without completing the 1.1 main story mission and defeating Jue. Once you've done these two things, dive into any waterbody in the town of Hongzhen to unlock this achievement.

3) Three Sunsets

Dying in the Tower of Adversity will unlock this Wuthering Waves achievement (Image via Kuro Games)

This achievement is tied to Wuthering Waves' Tower of Adversity. You will need to die a total of 10 times during any stage to unlock it and obtain Astrites x5. The easiest way to do this is by bringing your lowest-level characters so that the enemies can one-shot you. Keep being killed this way until the achievement unlocks.

This one is a simple yet hidden achievement that you might have missed while completing the Tower of Adversity.

4) Stress Reliever

Breaking Ice Blocks throughout the region of Mt. Firmament will unlock this Wuthering Waves achievement. You can spot the ice formations throughout the location, but the best places to find some will be the cliffs around Hongzhen.

Another great place to find some Ice Blocks will be the area underneath the Dragon's Head in Loong's Rest. You will be able to spot plenty of Ice Blocks in Mt. Firmament that you can crush to obtain this achievement.

5) Recoil: Thundering Mephis

This is one of many combat-centric hidden achievements in Wuthering Waves. Unlocking it is simple enough. You just need to defeat the Thundering Mephis using its own echo.

Set up a team with one Electro character who has the Thundering Mephis echo equipped. Now challenge the world boss and bring its HP down, but do not kill him with any normal attack. When it has almost no health left, use the Echo skill to defeat it, and you will get this Wuthering Waves achievement.

6) Ballad of the Sword

Complete the side quest, Dance Dance Chelonian! (Image via Kuro Games)

This achievement is locked behind a side mission in the game. You will need to complete the quest Dance Dance Chelonian! to receive a sword in the middle of the lake. The quest will take you to this water body.

Dance Dance Chelonian! is simple enough and can be started from the Tales from Mt. Firmament event menu screen. You will need to escort a group of Hoartoise to a certain location and the quest will end. Doing so will give you a sword, which will unlock the Ballad of the Sword Wuthering Waves achievement.

7) Starry Hearts

Technically, this achievement is not one of the newer ones, but it is a well-hidden one that you might have missed. You will need to have Co-op enabled in Wuthering Waves with your friends to get it.

Teleport to the Shade Ridge Resonance Nexus near Jinzhou City and make your way to the heart-shaped pond. Have your co-op teammate go to the small island in the middle of the pond while you stand facing them, as depicted in the picture above. This will unlock this Wuthering Waves achievement.
