Aalto in Wuthering Waves is a 4-star playable character with the Aero attribute. He is a member of the mysterious organization called the Black Shores and one of the few Resonators from the New Federation. Aalto is voiced in four languages in the game - English, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese - by some of the most experienced artists. They all did an incredible job in playing the Information Broker.
