The BLAST Premier World Final 2024 is right on the horizon and will be the last BLAST event of this year. Fans are about to witness eight worldwide teams facing each other in nail-biting matchups at the Resorts World Convention Centre at Sentosa Island, Singapore. The World Final tournament is scheduled to commence from October 30, 2024, to November 3, 2024.

During this period, the eight qualified teams will fight for the massive prize pool of US$1,000,000, where the winner will bag US$500,000 and a shiny BLAST trophy. The French powerhouse Team Vitality will enter the tournament as the defending champions, while the other teams will do their best to add the shiny trophy to their own cabinets.

Format of BLAST Premier World Final 2024

Following the earlier format of BLAST Fall Final 2024, the eight teams will be divided into two groups (A and B). All the group stage matches will follow the standard BO3 (best of three) and double-elimination format to avoid confusion. The top three teams from each group will qualify for the playoff stage. Here’s a detailed overview of the standard format in the World Final 2024:

• Eight teams will be divided into two groups and all the matches will follow BO3 format.
• The top three teams from each group will directly qualify for the Playoffs.
• The group stage winners (1st place) will secure a direct ticket to the Semifinal stage.
• While the 2nd placeholders will enter the Quarterfinals with high seeds, the 3rd placeholders will enter the same with lower seeds.
• The Playoff stage will follow the classic single-elimination bracket.
• Unlike the Group stage matches, Quarterfinals, and Semifinals of the BLAST World Final 2024, the Grand Final will follow a standard BO5 (best of five) format.
