Dead drops in Warzone 2 DMZ refer to secure locations where players can store their looted cash and valuable items. In addition, some faction missions in the game require one to dump certain items, making information on these locations crucial for successful mission completion. The Al Mazra map features 10 dead drop locations, while Ashika Island houses four.

Al Mazra city

Situated in an alleyway between a hotel and shopping promenade (south) near the Post Office in Al-Mazrah City. This particular dead drop holds significant importance in completing a faction mission in DMZ, where the requirement is to deposit 20 lethal equipment pieces to this location.

In between Rohan Oil and Al Safwa Quarry

On the Northeast of Al Mazra to the western side of the highway, the dead drop is located along the main road near a building between Rohan Oil and Al Safwa Quarry area.

Al Bagra Fortress

Located towards the southeast part of Al Mazra, a little further beside the Al Bagra fortress boundary.

Zaya Observatory

This is a hot zone for dead drops, as there are a lot of DMZ players looking for it. The dead drop is located between three buildings towards the upper side of the sector.

Zarqwa Hydroelectric

It's located on the central island of the Al Mazra map next to the bridge and the yellow support girder spanning over the main river at the back of a gas station

Al Sharim Pass

To the south side of the town below the Zaya Observatory, the location is exactly as marked on the map.

Ahktar Village

Players must be cautious while entering this area as it is surrounded by AI enemies, and the drop is located at the center near to main square entry.

Sattiq Cave Complex

Just at the center of the Sattiq Cave Complex is the dead drop location that players can discover. It's in a secluded area adjacent to an ambulance and a tent.

Said City

Located on the west side of the map, players can locate the dead drop near the shopping mall complex by the old buildings towards the east.

Al Samman Cemetery

In the southwest part of the Al Mazra map, the drop location is towards the right side of the Al Samman Cemetery, as seen in the map.

Locations on the Ashika Island map

There are four locations scattered all over the map. A network of caves lies beneath Tsuki Castle and is home to a submarine base. Players are required to go into the underground area to obtain the dead drop. However, while playing DMZ, the area is heavily guarded by hostile AI-controlled enemies, and players must fight their way through to retrieve the item.

There is one to the northwest near the science center and another behind the gas station above the beach club. The last location is within the Residential area and is specifically located in the backyard of one of the smaller houses along the fence.
