How to get all endings in Dragon Age The Veilguard
There are three main endings, of which one is considered the "good" ending, one is the "bad" ending, with the third being a secret ending. It must be noted that there is no way to end the game with all party members alive, due to the need to sacrifice a party member in the mission Isle of the Gods in any playthrough. Below are the steps to achieve the different endings.
Good Ending
Unsurprisingly, the best ending is the one with the fewest casualties from the party. Complete all character stories and quests to upgrade all party members to the "Hero" status. Additionally, complete all the quests across the game, and achieve a three-star rating with all factions. Here are the steps to achieve the same.
Chapter 6:
Save Minthraus over Treviso in the mission "A Warden's Best Friend." Choosing Minthraus is beneficial if Treviso is chosen, a faction leader in Dock Town dies and Minthraus will be locked to 1 star.
Chapter 12:
Choose Harding or Davrin to lead the distraction team, even if it comes at the cost of the one chosen being killed at the end of the fight. It is recommended to choose Davrin, as this keeps Harding alive as a party member and a potential romanceable option while still maintaining the criteria for the good ending.
Later, choose Bellara to take down the wards, and make sure that she has the "Hero of the Veilguard" title. She will temporarily leave the party and will have to be rescued, but crucially will survive. Lastly, choose Harding and Neve for the next mission.
Chapter 13:
This chapter is all about choosing and allotting the correct roles to different characters. The same can be done by accessing the table in Lucanis' quarters. Assign Taash to protect the Veil Jumpers, Lucanis to protect the Antivan Crows and Harding to protect the Grey Wardens/ Mourn Watch.
Finally, escort Solas to the safe town, and complete the "Honor The Fallen" questline, denoted by a blue marker.
Chapter 14:
Once again, the characters have to be assigned the correct positions. Assign Taash to defend the Divine Manor, and take Harding and Neve along on the mission. Defeat the boss and select the dialogue option "Let's try this your way," following it up with the dialogue "I wish things were different."
In the final cutscene, it is revealed that Bellara survives. In this ending, all six party members apart from Davrin survive, and the trophy/achievement "The Ones That Last" is unlocked.

Bad Ending
The simplest way to achieve the bad ending is to follow the steps opposite of the good ending. For instance, choose Treviso in Chapter 6 over Minthraus to be relegated to a 1-star level. Additionally, ignore the quests for factions and disregard leveling up party members.
Finally, assign party members to tasks that do not suit their skills across Chapters 12 through 14. Should this be done, expect maximum casualties and, as a result, the bad ending.

Secret Ending
There is a secret ending to the game, which requires a different series of tasks. Before reaching the point of no return in Chapter 11, make sure to complete the "Regrets of the Dread Wolf" side quest to obtain the reward of Mythal's Essence. Next, find three mysterious circles, the locations of which are mentioned below:
- The first mysterious circle can be found on a small island in the Arlathan Forest. Shine all four lasers onto the crystal to make a bridge appear, creating a pathway to the island.
- The second mysterious circle can be found in the Necropolis Halls, to the left side of the area where the Formless One boss fight took place. Complete the trophy/achievement "The Unbound" before collecting this circle.
- The third mysterious circle can be found in the Crossroads, after the "Heart of Corruption" quest has been completed. Defeat the three champions, and check the left side of the room where the battle with the Revenant Dragon takes place. Climb up and find the final circle.
Now, a special cutscene will be unlocked which will play after the final cutscene in the game. This will also unlock the "A Storm Quelled" trophy/achievement.
