The prominence of the "Soulsbourne" genre of video games continues with the release of Lords of the Fallen. Developed by Hexwork and published by CI Games, this title is actually a follow-up to a game of the same name that was released back in 2014. Similar to other offerings in this genre, the RPG offers difficult but rewarding encounters in a semi-open world setting.

While Lords of the Fallen is not set in a sprawling open world like Elden Ring, it still offers you the opportunity to make choices just like the traditional Dark Souls games. Just like other titles that offer choices, this game has multiple possible endings.

This article takes a look at all the endings for Lords of the Fallen and how to get them.

How to trigger the Radiant Ending in Lords of the Fallen

This ending in Lords of the Fallen is quite straightforward in its requirements. First and foremost, you will need to cleanse all five beacons in the game. These beacons are located in Forsaken Fen, Upper Calrath, Fief of the Chill Curse/Kinrangr Fief, The Empyrean, and Tower of Penance. However, take note that these beacons are quite difficult to cleanse.

Upon cleansing all five, you can make the perilous journey to take on the final boss, Adyr, the Bereft Exile. Upon defeating the boss, players will be able to unlock The Radiant ending, the Radiant Purifier class, and New Game +.

You should avoid cleansing the beacons in Lords of the Fallen to achieve this ending, at least not yet. Referred to as either the Inferno or Adyr ending, this requires some specific actions to complete.

Collect the Rune of Adyr from the Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters in the Iron Wayfarer to get into Bramis Castle. Keep going until you fight and defeat the Sundered Monarch. You can then interact with Adyr's effigy. Now, you can go back and extinguish the five beacons.

Once you've dealt with all five beacons, you may interact with Iselle to trigger the Inferno ending.

The Umbral Ending is complicated because it requires you to perform several actions that may not be evident. You will also lose some NPCs that offer you various services, so make sure that you are fully ready before committing to this ending.

The main objective of the Umbral Ending in Lords of the Fallen is accessing the floating platforms in Mother's Lull.

To get to Mother's Lull, you will need to purchase the Scouring Clump from Molhu. This item will allow you to get to your desired location from the well. Once you are here, you will need to raise the four platforms.

To raise these platforms, acquire Damarose's seedpod from the Remnant in Mother's Lull. Then, use this seedpod to kill Damarose. Repeat the process of acquiring a seedpod from the Remnant, but this time, the target is Gerlinde.

Afterward, progress the game until you reach the battle with The Lightreaper. Defeat this enemy to acquire the Lightreaper Umbral Parasite. This item will be used at the Skyrest Bridge. Return to the Remnant and get Melchior's Seedpod, then head to the Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters to get the Rune of Adyr.

Head back to Mother's Lull and give the Rune of Adyr to the Remnant in exchange for the Withered Rune of Adyr. At this point, you'll have locked yourself out of the other two endings. Make your way to Bramis Castle, deal with The Sundered Monarchm, and interact with the Effigy of Adyr. Melchior's body is also here, so make sure to use the Seedpod on the body for the third platform.

Once this is done, make your way to the Fief of the Chill Curse and use the Withered Rune of Adyr to kill the Iron Wayfarer to acquire the Harkyn Umbral Parasite. With this in your possession, head back to Skyrest Bridge and use it in the open column slot, similar to the Lightreaper's parasite that you did earlier.

Keep going until you need to fight and defeat Elianne. Once she has been defeated, you'll be able to get Elianne's Umbral Parasite, which is once again to be used at the Skyrest Bridge. Once that is done, speak with Molhu to gather information on the final Seedpod. Use that Seedpod to kill Molhu. Then, use the platform to achieve the Umbral ending.

These are the three endings in Lords of the Fallen. You will not be able to achieve them in a single save. Thankfully, there is always New Game + if you want to get all three endings for yourself.
